About the Role
The Company is in search of an RN / Hospice Executive Director to lead its Cleveland program. The successful candidate will be a proven hospice operator with a strong background in center-target hospice leadership and verifiable performance. Key responsibilities for this role include full P&L and budget ownership, leading day-to-day hospice operations, driving quality outcomes, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state hospice regulations. The Executive Director will also be tasked with partnering with local referral sources and community stakeholders to support census growth and will have direct accountability for the overall branch performance, including operations, quality, compliance, staffing, budgets, growth, and culture.
Applicants must be Registered Nurses with a minimum of 3-5 years' of hospice operations management experience and possess a broad knowledge of federal and state regulations related to hospice care. The role requires a candidate with strong leadership, operational discipline, strategy, and people management skills, as well as excellent organization, communication, time management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities. The ideal candidate will be local to Cleveland, with deep local market knowledge and established contacts and relationships. The Executive Director will work in coordination with corporate leadership and is expected to have a hands-on approach to ensure the success of the hospice program in the Cleveland area.
