About the Role
The Company is in search of an RN / Hospice Executive Director to take the lead in its Cleveland program. The successful candidate will be a proven hospice operator with a strong background in center-target hospice leadership and verifiable performance. This role is pivotal in overseeing the branch's overall performance, including operations, quality, compliance, staffing, budgets, growth, and culture, with a direct accountability for results. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include full P&L and budget ownership, leading day-to-day hospice operations, driving quality outcomes, ensuring survey readiness, and compliance with all federal and state hospice regulations. The role also involves partnering with local referral sources and community stakeholders to support census growth and ensuring strong execution across admissions, patient care operations, and KPI performance.
Applicants for the RN / Hospice Executive Director position at the company must be Registered Nurses with a minimum of 3-5 years' of hospice operations management experience. A deep local market knowledge and established contacts in the Cleveland area are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of budget responsibility, a broad knowledge of federal and state regulations, and strong leadership, operational discipline, strategy, and people management skills. Excellent organization, communication, time management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities are also required.
