What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Assist customers with U‑Haul products and services both inside and outside the center

Utilize smartphone‑based U‑Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory

Move and hook up U‑Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring equipment is clean and inspected

Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns

Participate in continuous education through U‑Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications)

Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.

Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts

Availability for scheduled work shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in customer service or rental industries

Familiarity with operating forklifts (certification offered upon employment)

Ability to install hitches and trailer wiring

Interest in ongoing personal and professional development

Previous experience with safety protocols and equipment maintenance
