Job Responsibilities
Answering calls and emails from customers, staff, and manufacturers
Gathering accurate customer information when scheduling service appointments
Updating customer status with manufacturers, and customers
Coordinating and managing schedules with customers and service personnel
Verifying warranty coverage for customers
Maintaining friendly, reliable, and helpful customer interactions
Qualifications
Minimum one year of customer service or call center experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers.
Proficient in basic computer functions
Collaborative individual with a strong ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Willingness to learn and exceed expectations.
