As a Print Production Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of the physical production of digital print and/or signs. The ideal candidate has experience with sheet fed digital presses, large format inkjet file prep, production, finishing, as well as installation. Position is full time Monday-Friday with occasional overtime. You will work in a systems-based environment with high attention to quality, detail, and deadlines.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
All aspects of digital printing, sign production & installation, and bindery.
You will operate flatbed, contour cutter, as well as various other finishing devices.
Working on multiple projects at the same time.
Working within a deadline-driven industry.
Having incredible attention to detail.
Possessing the skill‑set to work out some technical problems with computers as well as the printers.
Communicate with our team members to ensure a complete understanding of the order.
Knowledge of direct mail software and practices, a plus.
Required Skills
A Minimum of 3 years in the Digital Print & Sign Industry
Follow job specifications with an eye for detail & quality.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to work an 8-hour shift.
Quickly Learn & Execute Internal Proprietary Systems & Workflow Methodology.
Problem Solving & Multi-Tasking in a Fast-Paced Environment.
Knowledge of Hardware, Hand Tools & Sign Installation Methods.
Positive & Supportive Team Communications.
Self-Manage & Execute Daily Responsibilities.
