Production Specialist Digital Print

Looking for variety in your workday? Join PIP Marketing/Signs/Print as a Production & Large Format Print Specialist.

In this role, you’ll be a versatile team member, supporting our digital printing, large format printing, bindery, and finishing operations — stepping in wherever you’re needed to keep projects moving smoothly. This is a Monday through Friday position, with hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Large Format Production – Operate digital printers, cutters, and finishing equipment to produce banners, posters, signs, and more.


• Digital Print Operator - Operate digital copiers to produce a wide variety of print material, like business cards, booklets, postcards etc.


• Bindery & Finishing – Trim, laminate, mount, fold, and package printed products with accuracy and care.


• Team Support – Act as a floater across departments, helping wherever production demands are highest that day.


• Quality Control – Inspect finished products and make adjustments to ensure top-notch quality.


• Delivery and Installs – Assist with preparing, delivering and installing jobs to clients as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in print production, bindery, or large format graphics (preferred, but we’ll train the right person).


• Ability to learn new equipment and processes quickly.


• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing work right the first time.


• Flexible mindset — willing to jump in where needed.


• Team player with good communication skills.


• Comfortable being on lifts and ladders.


• Valid driver’s license (for occasional deliveries).
