Responsibilities
Charter and execute a course for delivering customized, differentiated shopping experiences in Brand Stores for different customer cohorts.
Develop a strong collaboration with Amazon Stores partners and Ads partners for prioritization and execution of new product features, CX experiences, and monetization strategies.
Obsess over your customers and work backwards to define tenets, customer experiences, long‑term goals, focus areas, and key success metrics.
Develop and present working‑backwards documents and product plans.
Influence senior leaders across Amazon by proactively communicating your vision, reporting plans and progress, and aligning with Amazon's core leadership principles.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of end‑to‑end product delivery experience.
8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Experience technical product management.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or above in computer science or other related discipline.
Experience working with fast‑moving, high‑performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments.
Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data‑driven decisions.
Experience working on recommender systems or personalization within search, e‑commerce, shopping, advertising or other related fields.
Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
Experience communicating and working with a wide range of groups, including Technology, Product Management, Accounting, CS, and Senior Management.
Proven track record of complex and creative problem‑solving, and the desire to create and build new businesses.
Passion for building technology that delivers outstanding customer experiences.

Your base salary range depends on location. Example ranges:
USA, NY, New York – $197,900.00 – $267,800.00 annually
USA, WA, Seattle – $179,900.00 – $243,400.00 annually
