We are hiring for an Entry Level Assistant Manager to support our sales efforts and complete client objectives. In this Entry Level Assistant Manager role, you will guide sales initiatives by developing outreach strategies and helping a team learn how to strengthen their connections with local telecommunications consumers. Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities: Apply sales skills by leading effective in-person conversations with local customers regarding AT&T products and services Guide the sales process by asking the right questions about customer needs and introducing AT&T’s service solutions Develop strong product knowledge to deliver accurate, value-driven recommendations and confidently address customer concerns Maintain a professional, approachable presence that ensures a positive and seamless customer experience Monitor regional industry trends and collaborate with Entry Level Assistant Manager team members to strengthen strategy and overall sales performance Represent both ECP and AT&T with professionalism and a customer-first mindset Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications: Coursework / Education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a similar field is preferred 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service Previous leadership, management, or client development experience is a plus Clear communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport Motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable when approaching sales strategies, customer needs, and Entry Level Assistant Manager responsibilities Ability to learn and train others on company standards, client expectations, and effective sales practices Fels Student Center, Suite 201 121 Center Road PO Box 5000 Dudley, MA 01571 Mandy Laporte Career Specialist, Employer Relations and Coaching Meet Mandy Nichols College Nichols College Career and Professional Development Center Facebook Instagram LinkedIn
