Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant , you will be assisting our marketing and sales events team in seeing events from conception through to completion. You’ll be working directly on our marketing and sales strategies for one of our many clients, helping spread awareness and register new customers within the local area. The Marketing and Sales Assistant responsibilities include sparking conversations, distributing marketing material to respected customers, and providing outstanding customer service whilst working directly with existing and potential supporters to increase our clients exposure and acquisition. Some of your main duties will involve: Assist in planning, developing, and executing promotional marketing and sales campaigns designed to generate new business / lead opportunities. Help in the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing and sales materials within the various events and promotional content we utilize to enhance client engagement and overall brand exposure Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for future campaigns, ensuring fresh and compelling approaches to customer outreach. Provide critical support to the sales and marketing team, including managing data entry, handling client follow-ups, and scheduling appointments. Respond to customer inquiries and provide general support to both marketing and sales teams, ensuring a seamless client experience and maintaining strong relationships. Training: All new starters receive training and ongoing support. In-house product training workshops are offered regularly, and on-site coaching is provided. We also provide networking contacts and access to digital calls, and regional seminars to upskill our team members throughout the year.
