What You'll Do at Pega
Systematically process and deliver high-volume client requests using digital workflows
Verify spelling, grammar, and pronunciation through both visual and auditory proofing to ensure accuracy
Support the distribution and publishing of engaging demo experiences and digital content
Create both internal and external digital content
Maintain consistency and accuracy in repetitive, routine tasks
Provide direct support and troubleshooting for end users
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless experiences

Comfortable with repetitive, systematic workflows and able to maintain focus and accuracy in high‑volume environments
Naturally engaged by process‑driven work and motivated to find incremental improvements in routine tasks

What You've Accomplished
4+ years successfully managing client‑facing digital or technical support initiatives
Demonstrated ability to thrive in roles involving repetitive, high‑volume task execution
Supported the delivery or improvement of digital content and client experiences
Implemented process improvements that enhanced service delivery
Built positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Additional Information Base salary range for this role is BRL annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
