Summary The Senior Graphic Designer will help shape and execute Harbour’s visual identity across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s premium design aesthetic.
This role requires a digital-first mindset, with the ability to design both brand-led creative and performance-driven digital assets.
Responsibilities
Execute Harbour’s visual identity across digital and physical channels
Design compelling brand campaigns and visual storytelling supporting product launches and marketing initiatives
Create high-impact website and ecommerce design assets, including landing pages, PDP graphics, and promotional content
Design email marketing campaigns and templates supporting ecommerce growth
Develop digital marketing creative for Meta, Google, Pinterest, and other paid media platforms
Support Harbour’s visual storytelling across social media and digital content
Art direct and design product catalogs, lookbooks, and brand publications
Support the visual execution of showrooms, events, and brand environments
Maintain and evolve Harbour’s brand guidelines and visual identity systems
Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, and development teams to translate strategy into effective design solutions
Ensure all creative work reflects Harbour’s premium brand standards and visual consistency
Qualifications
6+ years experience in graphic design with strong digital design experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong proficiency in Figma or similar digital design tools
Experience designing email templates, web assets, and digital campaigns
Strong understanding of ecommerce design and digital marketing creative
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand systems
Strong conceptual and creative thinking skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Portfolio Requirement
Portfolio must demonstrate strong digital design work, including ecommerce, email marketing, paid media creative, and brand storytelling
Experience designing for premium or luxury brands with a strong eye for typography, layout, and refined visual storytelling
Understanding of how design supports ecommerce performance, customer engagement, and digital conversion
Digital and AI Skills
Comfortable navigating and leveraging emerging AI design tools to enhance creative workflows
Ability to integrate AI-powered tools for image generation, concept development, and content production
Experience working within modern digital workflows, including Figma collaboration, asset management systems, and AI-assisted creative tools
Employment Information Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000/year DOE
