Responsibilities As the School Director, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:
Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.
Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships
Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
Manage the operations of the childcare facility, including scheduling, financial management, and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping
Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.
Support and lead new company initiatives
Qualifications
Must meet the requirements to be a School Director as approved by the governing State agency
Minimum of 2 years experience in a licensed childcare facility as a Director
At least 2 year of leadership experience
Proven experience managing and successfully navigating the entire licensing application and renewal process
for [Specify: Childcare/Preschool/Education] facilities.
Demonstrated
accountability and proactive ownership
of operational challenges and outcomes.
Exceptional organizational skills
with the ability to
effectively prioritize, manage multiple projects (multitask),
and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of preschool operational standards,
regulations, and best practices, ensuring full compliance and delivering high-quality programming
Enrollment and Community Engagement:
Must have direct, proven experience
planning, leading, and executing school tours and informational visits for prospective families , effectively communicating the school's value and driving enrollment
Fosters strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community to create a supportive and engaging environment
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with parents, staff, and regulatory departments
Demonstrates a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of Texas Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers, ensuring full compliance
