Senior Property Manager

An established, family-owned real estate group with a growing industrial portfolio in Texas is seeking a hands-on Senior Property Manager to oversee operations, tenant relations, and financial performance. This is an urgent hire offering impact, autonomy, and long-term stability. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Property Manager will take ownership of a multi-site industrial portfolio, driving operational excellence and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Oversee day-to-day operations across warehouses, distribution facilities, and flex/manufacturing assets. Act as primary tenant contact, managing communication, service requests, and issue resolution. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety, lease, and company standards. Prepare and manage operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and financial reporting. Lead vendor management, service contracts, and preventative maintenance programs. Manage capital improvement projects, including bidding, scheduling, and budget control. Collaborate cross-functionally with Leasing, Asset Management, Construction, and Ownership on value-add strategies. For the Senior Property Manager, we are seeking: 7+ years of commercial property management experience, ideally with a strong industrial focus. Deep understanding of industrial leases, CAM structures, and expense recoveries. Proven experience managing complex portfolios and delivering strong financial outcomes. Strong vendor, contractor, and project-management capabilities. Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar). Bachelor's degree preferred; CPM/RPA advantageous.
