Develop and maintain consistent frameworks for evaluating media quality, brand safety, governance, and sustainability.

Contribute to internal and external points of view on how standards should be measured, disclosed, and applied.

Apply critical thinking to challenge assumptions, assess trade‑offs, and consider multiple perspectives.

Ensure recommendations are neutral, balanced, and grounded in documented standards

Communicate insights with a clear “so what,” focusing on relevance and impact rather than raw information.

How You’ll Work

Use structured processes and templates to drive consistency and scale.

Partner closely with peers to review, refine, and strengthen outputs.

Maintain high standards for quality, clarity, and professionalism.

Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping others find clarity.

A collaborative mindset and appreciation for shared ownership.

The judgment to know when to dive deep and when to step back.
