Overview
As part of the Global Solutions team, this role will serve as a strategic growth partner focused on new business and revenue expansion . You will lead the development of compelling, insight-driven narratives that position Publicis Groupe to win new clients and unlock growth opportunities across existing relationships.
This is not a pure design role. While you will own and shape executive-ready decks, the core of this position is strategic storytelling, new business pitch leadership, and agency growth partnership . You will work closely with senior leaders to define our “right to win,” craft persuasive narratives, and translate complex capabilities across data, media, technology, and AI into clear, differentiated client stories.
Responsibilities
- New business pitch narratives from early strategy through final presentation
- Growth stories that connect Groupe capabilities to client business challenges
- Executive-level presentations that influence C‑suite decision makers
- Cross‑functional alignment across media, creative, data, tech, and product
- Partner with senior growth, product, and agency leadership to shape pitch strategy and positioning
- Develop compelling “why us / right to win” narratives grounded in client insight, competitive landscape, and Groupe capabilities
- Translate complex offerings into clear, differentiated, client‑facing value propositions
- Act as a strategic sounding board in early‑stage pitch planning conversations
- Ensure narrative cohesion across multi‑disciplinary inputs
- Own end‑to‑end development of executive pitch decks from blank page to final delivery
- Structure story arcs, clarify messaging, and elevate positioning for impact
- Build polished, executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain high craft standards without over‑indexing on design aesthetics
- Create modular content and reusable frameworks that scale across pitches
- Operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across agencies and markets
- Drive consistency in how Publicis Groupe presents its capabilities globally
- Support high‑stakes C‑suite presentations and client moments
- Bring a strong understanding of agency economics, operating models, and integrated solutions
- Manage inputs and timelines across complex pitch workstreams
- Balance speed and quality in high‑pressure new business environments
- Maintain disciplined documentation and version control

Qualifications
- Significant experience in agency new business, growth strategy, or pitch leadership
- Deep familiarity with agency environments, holding companies, or consultancies
- Demonstrated experience building and shaping executive‑level pitch narratives
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, media, data, and technology ecosystems
Preferred (nice To Have)
- Ability to create supporting assets (e.g., light brand/identity elements, simple video edits).
- Familiarity with using AI tools to improve presentation workflows and design standards.
- Project coordination/program management experience (valuable, but not the core of the role).
Location / travel
- Located in the New York tri‑state area with willingness to travel for business and client needs (estimated 10–15%)

Compensation Range
Compensation Range: $135,375 - $216,684 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
