Description The Opportunity:
Our client is a high-growth global enterprise technology vendor making a significant long-term investment in Saudi Arabia as part of its regional expansion strategy. They are seeking a senior enterprise seller to own a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive the acquisition and expansion of complex platform engagements. The role involves leading high-value, multi-year sales cycles linked to national transformation initiatives, large-scale data modernisation programmes and mission-critical digital infrastructure investments. This is a frontline revenue leadership position focused on building executive sponsorship, creating demand in largely greenfield environments and establishing long-term platform adoption across major organisations in the Kingdom.
The Role
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from origination to close
Execute strategic account plans driving new logo wins and enterprise expansion
Engage CIO, CTO, CDO and senior transformation stakeholders
Position AI and data platform solutions aligned to measurable business outcomes
Structure high-value multi-year commercial agreements
Navigate sophisticated procurement processes and long decision cycles
Collaborate with pre-sales, partners and hyperscaler ecosystems
Maintain disciplined pipeline development and forecasting
Earning Potential & Impact:
Designed for a senior seller motivated by owning strategically important opportunities and influencing regional market growth, the role offers strong earning potential aligned to successful execution of major enterprise deals.
The Candidate:
10–15+ years enterprise software or platform sales experience
Proven success winning and expanding high-value strategic accounts
Experience selling data, AI/analytics, cloud or platform-based solutions
Executive presence with credibility across technical and business leadership
Experience operating in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC market
Established relationships across large enterprises or government entities advantageous
Strong ownership mindset and resilience in complex sales environments
Market Context:
This role is central to the client’s long-term growth strategy in Saudi Arabia and supports major national digital transformation initiatives. Given the strategic importance of building sustainable local leadership capability,
