Area Description The GFiber Inventory Acquisition team manages business‑to‑business partnerships with the real‑estate industry, securing rights for GFiber to install infrastructure and access potential customers across multiple property types.
Role Description In this role, you will use your sales skills to handle accounts, champion the GFiber brand, and build the sales pipeline through prospecting and partner management in assigned geographies. Your success will be measured by increasing the number of households that can order GFiber services through field sales activities.
Own relationships with GFiber partners who own individual or small portfolios of properties; drive building inventory growth autonomously.
Leverage foundational sales knowledge to manage the business process from start to completion, establish strong relationships with developers, managers, HOAs, business customers, and other stakeholders, and host events or attend meetings to build the GFiber brand.
Explain the GFiber network to new residential and commercial clients.
Maintain a healthy funnel using cold calling, prospecting, mailers, warm follow‑ups, and networking.
Support cross‑functional teams in coordinating site surveys and acquisition tasks as requested by the Head of Sales.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of sales negotiations experience.
2+ years of experience with contracts or access agreements across functions.
2+ years of funnel management in a 30–90 day sales cycle.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle check meeting company standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience in the telecom industry.
Local market experience.
CRM database experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive on‑target earnings of $93,335 annually ($56,000 base + uncapped sales bonus) plus benefits.
