Influencer Manager

Medium, Lehi, UT, United States

Gabb gives families a better choice for their kids’ first technology. Our product portfolio spans purpose-built hardware — Gabb Phone, Gabb Phone Plus, Gabb Phone 3 Pro, and Gabb Watch — alongside digital services including Gabb Music and Music+. Everything we build is designed to let families introduce technology in steps, giving kids connection without the harms of a fully open smartphone. We’re a fast‑growing, mission‑driven company headquartered in Lehi, Utah, with a team that genuinely loves what we do and why we do it.

About the Role Gabb is looking for an Influencer Manager to assess, strengthen, and scale our influencer program into a structured, high‑performing channel. We have existing creator relationships and program activity — your job is to evaluate what’s working, close the gaps in systems and measurement, and raise the overall quality of execution to match our growth ambitions.

You will own the influencer channel end‑to‑end — from identifying and contracting creators in the parenting, family, and tech space, to building the campaign briefs, managing the relationships, and reporting on results. You will also lead our User‑Generated Content (UGC) and whitelisting strategy, connecting the influencer program directly to paid and organic social performance. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable building spreadsheets and building relationships.

What You’ll Do PROGRAM STRATEGY & INFRASTRUCTURE

Evaluate the current influencer program — existing creator relationships, tooling, workflows, and reporting — and enhance the systems, processes, and documentation needed to operate it at greater scale, including a maintained influencer CRM/database, campaign tracking, and performance reporting standards

Define Gabb’s influencer tier strategy: nano, micro, macro, and macro‑plus creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, prioritizing the parenting, family lifestyle, and tech‑for‑families verticals

Establish program KPIs and a regular reporting cadence that connects influencer activity to awareness, traffic, and revenue outcomes

Build and maintain standardized campaign briefing, contracting, and payment workflows that can scale as the program grows

CREATOR SOURCING & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Identify, vet, and onboard new creators whose audience, values, and content style align with Gabb’s mission of protecting kids and connecting families

Manage and deepen relationships with existing influencer partners through consistent communication, exclusive opportunities, and genuine brand community‑building

Lead influencer outreach, negotiation, and contracting — securing favorable terms on rates, usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables

Manage product seeding programs including device shipment, setup support coordination, and follow‑through on content commitments

CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION

Develop creative campaign concepts and write detailed campaign briefs that give creators clear direction while leaving room for authentic expression

Plan, execute, and measure influencer campaigns tied to product launches, seasonal moments, brand awareness goals, and sales objectives

Coordinate giveaways and co‑promotions with the social media team, including device fulfillment for contest winners

Plan and execute influencer‑facing events and activations that deepen creator relationships and generate compelling content

UGC, WHITELISTING & PAID SOCIAL INTEGRATION

Lead Gabb’s UGC strategy — building a library of creator‑generated content that can be repurposed across owned channels, paid ads, and retail

Own the whitelisting program in partnership with the paid social team: identify high‑performing organic creator content, secure whitelisting rights, and coordinate amplification through paid channels

Collaborate with paid social to develop a continuous pipeline of influencer creative that fuels performance campaigns

MEASUREMENT & REPORTING

Track influencer content performance using social listening and analytics tools: reach, engagement rate, share of voice, traffic referral, and assisted conversions

Build and maintain a live performance dashboard that gives leadership and marketing partners real‑time visibility into program health

Conduct post‑campaign analyses with actionable recommendations — what to repeat, what to stop, and what to test next

Report monthly to the VP of Growth on influencer program performance against established KPIs

CROSS‑FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Partner with the social media team on a regular cadence to align influencer content with organic social strategy and platform moments

Collaborate with Customer Success when influencers require escalated product support, ensuring their experience reflects well on the brand

Coordinate with legal and finance on contract execution, usage rights, disclosure compliance (FTC guidelines), and influencer payment processing

Contribute influencer insights to broader marketing planning: which messages are resonating, which audiences are most receptive, and what product stories creators tell naturally

What We’re Looking For EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

3+ years of experience managing influencer programs, ideally for a consumer brand in the family, parenting, kids, or lifestyle space

Demonstrated experience assessing and improving influencer programs — you can evaluate what exists, identify gaps, and implement structure and process that raises program performance

Proven track record managing campaigns from concept through execution and post‑campaign reporting, with specific performance results you can speak to

Experience with influencer outreach, negotiation, and contracting including usage rights, exclusivity, FTC disclosure requirements, and rate benchmarking

Hands‑on familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and social listening tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Grin, CreatorIQ, Sprout Social, or similar)

Strong understanding of UGC strategy and whitelisting mechanics across Meta and TikTok

Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook — you understand how each platform’s algorithm and creator ecosystem works

Proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort building tracking systems in Sheets or equivalent tools

WHO YOU ARE

A pragmatic improver — you assess what exists before changing anything, build on what’s working, and close gaps with purposeful process rather than starting over

Relationship‑driven — creators genuinely enjoy working with you because you are communicative, fair, and follow through

Analytically grounded — you track what matters, report honestly, and make data‑informed decisions about where to invest program resources

Deeply familiar with the family and parenting creator space — you know the landscape, the key voices, and what resonates with this audience

Comfortable managing many moving parts simultaneously: multiple campaigns, creator timelines, content deliverables, and team dependencies

Aligned with Gabb’s mission — you believe in technology that protects kids and you can communicate that conviction to creators authentically
