Job Description
Lead daily site operations across traveling project assignments.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site logistics.
Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Communicate progress with project managers and client teams.
Oversee punch‑list completion and ensure timely project closeout.

The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
Experience as a superintendent managing ground‑up commercial projects.
Strong scheduling skills and ability to lead diverse field teams.
Comfortable traveling full‑time to multi‑state project locations.
Skilled in coordinating trades, utilities, and sitework.
Organized, self‑directed, and effective in fast‑paced environments.
