Lead on-site construction activities for fast-casual restaurant and grocery store projects. Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, permitting, and inspections. Maintain safety compliance and ensure adherence to quality standards. Oversee project timelines, solve field issues, and maintain daily reporting. Represent the company professionally with clients, vendors, and project partners. Experience as a Traveling Superintendent working on retail, restaurant, or grocery projects. Strong background managing fast-paced commercial fit-outs or ground-up builds. Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing professionalism. Must live on the East Coast and be willing to travel extensively. What's on Offer
Salary: $125K-$140K base $35/day per diem $400/month vehicle allowance + $125/month phone allowance Flights and hotel fully covered; fly home every other weekend
