This is a unique opportunity for professionals who would like to advance their career in arboriculture. Ideal candidates will enjoy interacting with customers as a trusted advisor while contributing to the business growth of their assigned territories. Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, and be comfortable collaborating with team members across departments. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission and do not cap your earnings potential. You'll enjoy a positive atmosphere, continued training, and full benefits. Key Responsibilities:
Assess commercial and residential properties to identify opportunities around tree care and plant healthcare needs Regularly propose a curated set of offerings to clients that promote plant health and project recommended services beyond immediate needs Actively develop current relationships with our current book of business while seeking out new opportunities to gain market share Have an understanding of estimating procedures by placing value to required hours and materials for proposed work Perform job briefings with crews to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction Meet with existing and potential clients regularly to foster deeper relationships, educate around property findings, and review RFPs and/or proposed work Attend industry events to network and further your own education Track and monitor personal sales performance against goals, utilizing our CRM platform Promote a safe working environment by adhering to ISA Best Management Practices and OSHA/ANSI regulatory requirements Benefits:
