We are looking for a heavy‑hitting Sales Arborist to take the reins of our Puget Sound expansion. This isn't a role for someone looking to learn the ropes; it's for a seasoned pro ready to leverage an established brand to capture massive market share.

Compensation Uncapped Upside: We offer a competitive base salary plus a commission plan with no earning cap.
Effective Immediately: Your commission plan is effective on Day 1.
High Earning Potential: With a pay range of $80,000 - $200,000+, your income reflects your hustle.

Expert Consulting: Assess commercial and residential properties to identify tree care and plant healthcare (PHC) needs.
Strategic Proposing: Regularly propose curated offerings that promote long‑term plant health and project recommended services.
Project Leadership: Perform job briefings with crews to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Performance Tracking: Utilize our CRM platform to monitor personal sales performance against growth goals.
Relationship Management: Meet with existing and potential clients to foster deeper relationships and review RFPs.
