Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Analyst to join the Inclusive Collection Revenue Management and Analytics team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader HIC Commercial, Finance, and Operations team, where you will be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. You will support the team in making data-driven strategic decisions and recommendations that improve operations and profitability across Hyatt’s global portfolio. The Role This role is responsible for supporting data-driven strategic decision-making across corporate, regional, and property teams through data analysis, reporting, market research, and competitor benchmarking. The position partners closely with commercial, leadership, and analytics stakeholders to analyze data, provide actionable insights, improve visibility into hotel performance, and recommend short- and long-term strategies. This role will embrace Hyatt’s Way of Working and lead with agility, speed, and care.

Understand key performance indicators (KPIs), including Revenue, ADR, RevPAR, and Occupancy, to provide insightful analysis to key stakeholders.

Manage the timely delivery of performance-related reports to HIC senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Analyze performance trends and variances, translating data into clear insights and recommendations to support commercial strategy and forecasting discussions.

Support new development & brand conversion projects by participating in proforma reviews, analyzing airline data, researching market trends, and collaborating with Regional Revenue leaders as well as Feasibility and Development teams

Analyze STR data and improve STR reporting efficiency

Assist in onboarding and supporting property Cluster Revenue Managers in using STR tools – CoStar Benchmark & STR data portal

Understand and track the results of promotions implemented across the HIC portfolio

Fulfill ad hoc analysis and reporting requests, often under tight deadlines.

Identify revenue opportunities by partnering with HIC Revenue leaders on- and above-property.

Qualifications Experience Required:

1+ years of experience in analytics, revenue management, business analysis, or a related commercial role.

Proven ability to work with large datasets using tools such as Excel, with strong skills in interpreting data and distilling insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Experience supporting decision-making through data storytelling, presentations, and executive-ready deliverables; comfortable conducting ad-hoc research and performance deep dives.

Proven ability to partner cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and deliver ad hoc analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Track record of improving reporting efficiency and analytical processes.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Have a strong interest in understanding hotel operations, pricing, forecasting, and commercial performance drivers.

Have a strong interest in understanding competitor benchmarking and researching new markets

Experience Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Hospitality Management, or a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Familiarity with STR metrics

SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or ThoughtSpot experience

Familiarity with hotel technology platforms, including Property Management Systems (PMS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), reservations and distribution systems, with an understanding of how these systems integrate with reporting and analytics workflows is a plus, but not required.

The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
