Global Groups & Events Program Management
Lead global Groups & Events Program Management by setting the KPIs, insights agenda, and reporting frameworks needed to drive commercial results. The role also oversees consumer insights and monitors global and regional performance to activate consumer needs and market dynamics. Your day to day: Define and maintain Groups & Events commercial KPIs, performance measures, and success metrics across segments, channels, and regions. Partner with Global Insights, Analytics, & Data team to develop performance reporting frameworks, measure performance, and communicate to senior stakeholders. Present performance insights into clear recommendations for regional and functional teams to drive performance growth (e.g., targeted hotel outreach) Own the enterprise Groups & Events Voice of Customer strategy (including Groups & Events Medallia survey program), including synthesizing insights across structured research, surveys, feedback loops, and customer listening mechanisms. Generate actionable customer insights that inform commercial strategy, product enhancements, and experience improvements; partner cross-functionally to embed customer insights into planning, prioritization, and execution. Manage regional program directors around the world who represent the Groups and Events program. Localize global programs for regions, markets, and owner groups, ensuring fit-for-purpose design and adoption. Partner with Groups & Events program management team and regional commercial teams to monitor regional Groups & Events performance. Engage owners, OAs, and hotel teams to ensure insights, tools, and programs support local market performance. Build and lead a high-performing global team, ensuring clarity of purpose, engagement, and capability development. Monitor global / regional performance to identify insights-based actions to drive performance. Provide executive level performance narratives for senior forums, owners, and enterprise partners. What we need from you: Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). MBA preferred but not required. Critical Expertise & Experience: 10+ years in enterprise planning, commercial strategy, performance management, or similar roles. Strong experience developing long-term strategy, operating models, and multiyear roadmaps. Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets, planning cycles, and enterprise governance. Proven strength in project and program management including executive-level reporting for complex, cross functional initiatives. Experience influencing without authority across regions, functions, and senior leadership. Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret performance trends and customer insights. Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and represent work in executive forums. Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary range for this role is $150,000.00 to $170,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
