The possibility for our employees to achieve their full potential, for our communities to be stronger and for everyone to have a healthier, happier place to live.Our portfolio of brands — Andersen Windows & Doors, Renewal by Andersen and Fenetres MQ — is crafted to serve customers across the new residential, home improvement and light commercial building sector.Join our more than 13,000 employees who are inspired every day to deliver exceptional experiences that turn possibility into reality.**JOB DESCRIPTION:**### Position PurposeResponsible for the development of strategy, revenue growth, and customer experience for all end customer audiences leveraging the Andersen division channels.This leader will leverage insights from the audience group, marketing, and industry factors including competitors, channel dynamics, customer relationships, building codes, and product needs to influence product deployment, marketing mix, and the deployment of sales resources required to support customer audiences, deliver world class customer experience, and win in the market.This leader must have specialized understanding of the home improvement contractor audience and relationships with other influencers to navigate and create vision for the audience group.## ## Key Responsibilities* Strategy Development - Leverage market insights to determine the deployment of product, marketing, sales, and support resources needed to achieve targeted growth outcomes in the market.* Create vision, gain alignment, and present strategic plans to segment, key account, and channel leaders. Convert strategy into ongoing operational programs with defined and measurable outcomes, resource planning, and prioritization.* Balance and mitigate customer, channel, audience, and enterprise conflict while maintaining a clear vision for the greater good of the company and preserving the customer experience.* Synthesize and leverage data from all areas to inform decisions for the audience group. Champion CRM and technology adoption.* Influence and coach key people leaders and non direct reports to rally toward team selling and create accountability within the audience group for high performing teams.* Foster collaboration with functional leaders, marketing, and other stakeholders to support the audience group and drive effective business decisions.* Ensure alignment and focus with Regional and Area leaders to ensure plans and execution drive business results.* Drive change and support adoption of organizational initiatives. Champion go to market strategy and execution.* Lead and coach leaders and teams operating within a matrix organization.* Provide leadership that fosters accountability within teams.* Build highly collaborative, results driven, customer focused, and innovative teams.## ## Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies* Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.* Proven customer-facing experience (sales, customer experience and marketing)* Makes evidence- and data-based decisions, manages and drives accountability based on metrics, and leverages insights and analytics from CRM,* Expert knowledge and understanding of sales process, pipeline management & forecast planning for unique audience group.* 10 yrs demonstrated segment/audience experience.* Demonstrated success in a leadership role influencing sales and leaders preferably within a matrixed, team-based organization to achieve goals* Demonstrated ability to develop and influence strong cross functional business relationships with leaders and stakeholders.* Expert understanding and demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategy through geo, segment, key accounts, channel and applicable programs.* Experience with and knowledge of building materials industry/fenestration/channel/market trends* Ability to navigate and collaborate within and across channels/enterprise* Demonstrated change management leadership and DEI focus by spending the appropriate energy and resources working with the sales teams to drive and create change at all levels.* Excellent communication & collaborative skills.* Demonstrated experience in understanding profitability of the customer audience group.## ## Core Competencies* Strategy and execution* Fosters collaboration* Pipeline and forecast management* Business acumen* Coaching and development* Change leadership## ## Other RequirementsThis position requires substantial nationwide travel.**PAY RANGE:**$132,230.00 - $270,340.00**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
