MINISTRY PURPOSE: The Music Leader collaborates with the pastor to oversee, manage, and lead the church’s music ministry during the weekly 9:30am worship service, with a focus on congregational singing.
Position Qualifications: MINISTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Have a strong background in music and audiovisual technology.
Possess excellent people skills and a friendly demeanor.
Recruit, encourage, and schedule volunteer musicians to enhance worship.
This ministry position has the opportunity for full-time service.
