We are currently looking for a regional business development lead to grow revenue across their local market. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in relationship-driven selling and consultative business development. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new opportunities, meeting with decision-makers, and building long-term partnerships.

In This Role

Manage and develop a defined regional sales territory

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and referrals

Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with business owners and key stakeholders

Understand client operations and recommend customized service solutions

Build, maintain, and forecast a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success

We are looking for

Experience in regional, territory, or outside sales roles is a plus but not required

Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage territory planning and sales cycles independently

Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven

Comfortable with travel within an assigned region
