Maintenance Director

Tadmor is a place for people to come, grow together, and leave transformed. Tadmor is located on 200 acres in the foothills of the Cascade mountains in Oregon. We are looking for someone with a heart for ministry and service whose passions and skills lie in facilities maintenance. We need someone with experience in facilities maintenance or a background in the trades who can manage day to day projects, maintenance emergencies, preventative maintenance, and capital improvements. Must be able to manage a small maintenance team as well as oversee volunteer groups. Housing is provided onsite. Camp Tadmor is celebrating its 55th year as a Christian camp. We are a part of Church Venture NW, an association of churches. Tadmor is very church-focused in our programs as we strive to serve local churches. We highly value being rooted in relationship and in leadership development at every level. Tadmor is gospel-forward in everything we do.
