Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience performing procurement activities (e.g., creating purchase requisitions, negotiating with suppliers, drafting contracts, placing orders).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or broader supply chain functions where you managed inventory movement, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment.

Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and an order management or ERP system for entering, tracking, and updating sales orders and generating status reports.

Proven record of delivering high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders (handling inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining satisfaction metrics).

Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Job Description You will be the Customer Service Rep for the Metrology team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

What You Will Be Doing As the Customer Service Rep you will be responsible for managing customer orders, providing accurate pricing and delivery information, and acting as the liaison between customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders via phone, email, and other channels.

Generate quotes, delivery dates, and provide order status updates.

Maintain accurate customer and order records in the database.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to expedite orders and resolve issues.

Support emergency order processing and manage returns and credits.

National Pay Statement The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $56,600 - $99,705. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full‑time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. Premium Pay Statement The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $65,000 - $108,445.
