Role Description This is a Full time, hybrid role for a Property Manager located in Columbia, SC, with opportunities for remote work but occasional on site may be required. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of real estate properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and profitable. Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance services, leasing management, rent collection, tenant relations, ensuring compliance with property regulations, and preparing financial reports. The Property Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align property operations with the company’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Property management skills, including experience in leasing, tenant relations, and handling maintenance requests.
Property Management License preferred but we can also help you get one.
Financial and operational management skills, such as budgeting, rent collection, and preparing expense reports.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Knowledge of real estate regulations, compliance requirements, and property laws.
Experience working in a hybrid environment is a plus.
Proficiency in property management software and strong organizational skills.
High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Ability to use excel, sheets and other software is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2 years) will be considered.
