Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Operations function for the Enterprise Sales segment, focusing on sales process, planning, and execution
- Oversee sales analytics and compensation planning
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership on business planning, territory management, and pipeline forecasting
- Support CRM implementation and best practices to enhance sales performance
- Drive business process adoption and ensure teams effectively utilize the CRM management system
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related fields
- Bachelor’s/MBA degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting
- Proven experience in defining go-to-market strategy for Enterprise Sales organizations
- Strong ability to lead through ambiguity and manage compensation planning processes
- Advanced technical skills in Excel, Salesforce, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise sales and business development
- Familiarity with additional tools such as Outreach and Performio
- Strong record of managing pipeline and forecast reporting
