We are expanding our growth strategy and are looking for a Sales Director – Food Services to help shape the future of our Food program across multiple industries. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving new business, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

The Opportunity
The Sales Director – Food Services will lead business development initiatives across corporate dining, healthcare, education, retail, and government sectors. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, lead competitive bids and RFPs, and collaborate with operations and culinary teams to deliver solutions that differentiate ISS in the marketplace.
What You’ll Do
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth across food service programs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, healthcare, education, retail, and government sectors
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and client needs
- Lead the full RFP and tender process, including solution design and proposal development
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Serve as primary contact for high-value prospects and clients
- Design customized service solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Ensure long-term partnerships through strong service and value delivery
- Lead and mentor a sales team while establishing KPIs and performance targets
- Drive a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture
- Partner with operations, culinary, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction
Financial & Performance Management
- Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Monitor pipeline and performance metrics to achieve revenue targets
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Develop business cases and ensure profitable growth
What You Bring
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience within the Food / Hospitality / Contract Dining industry
- Proven success in B2B sales, large contract negotiations, and key account management
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and competitive RFPs
- Strong network and industry relationships
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to leverage CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Knowledge of food service contracts, compliance, and operational standards
- Experience selling integrated services or facilities management solutions
Physical & Travel Requirements
- Prolonged periods of computer and desk work
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
- Travel required (client meetings, site visits, and industry events)
