What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Scale Lio’s US go‑to‑market strategy from initial deals to repeatable, predictable growth
- Expand and deepen relationships with flagship enterprise customers
- Hire, lead, and develop a high‑performing US sales team aligned with our HQ values and culture
- Build a strong executive network across enterprise procurement and AI ecosystems
- Work closely with Munich (Sales, Product, Marketing, Leadership) to ensure tight transatlantic alignment
- Bring structured US market feedback into product, positioning, and strategy decisions
Your Profile
You’re a good fit for this role if you:
- Have 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including leadership responsibility
- Have scaled a US market presence beyond the first deals into structured growth
- Combine hands‑on closing strength with strategic market‑building thinking
- Are well‑connected in the US enterprise or tech ecosystem
- Lead by example and build strong, value‑driven cultures
- Thrive in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments
