You’re not just entering a market; you’re scaling it. As Head of US Sales at Lio, you build on our first US enterprise wins and turn early traction into a scalable, high‑performing revenue engine while creating a strong bridge between New York and our Munich HQ.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Scale Lio’s US go‑to‑market strategy from initial deals to repeatable, predictable growth
  • Expand and deepen relationships with flagship enterprise customers
  • Hire, lead, and develop a high‑performing US sales team aligned with our HQ values and culture
  • Build a strong executive network across enterprise procurement and AI ecosystems
  • Work closely with Munich (Sales, Product, Marketing, Leadership) to ensure tight transatlantic alignment
  • Bring structured US market feedback into product, positioning, and strategy decisions

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

  • Have 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including leadership responsibility
  • Have scaled a US market presence beyond the first deals into structured growth
  • Combine hands‑on closing strength with strategic market‑building thinking
  • Are well‑connected in the US enterprise or tech ecosystem
  • Lead by example and build strong, value‑driven cultures
  • Thrive in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments
