The Role: Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Master the "Big Deal": Lead from the front on high-value engagements ($2M–$10M+ ACV), supporting your team in navigating long-cycle, high-impact contract negotiations ($50M–$100M+ TCV).
  • Entrepreneurial Strategy: Develop and drive the regional go-to-market strategy, maintaining a deep understanding of the local competitive landscape and territory planning.
  • C-Suite Advisory: Engage and align effectively in C-level meetings to translate complex business requirements into high-value outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence: Own the accuracy of CRM reporting, pipeline generation, and the achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals.

  • Proven Sales Leadership: You have an extensive track record of new business success and a history of building self-motivated teams that embrace a culture of collaboration and overachievement.
  • Strategic Architect: You possess the financial planning skills and analytical acumen to manage large quotas and develop complex territories.
  • AI & Innovation: You have experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI-powered tools and automated workflows into enterprise environments.
  • Ecosystem Influencer: You know how to grow revenue streams through the partner ecosystem and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders like Solution Consulting and Marketing.
  • Bilingual: Professional fluency in both Norwegian and English is essential.
