The Role: Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Build & Scale: Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business growth across the Norwegian market.
- Master the "Big Deal": Lead from the front on high-value engagements ($2M–$10M+ ACV), supporting your team in navigating long-cycle, high-impact contract negotiations ($50M–$100M+ TCV).
- Entrepreneurial Strategy: Develop and drive the regional go-to-market strategy, maintaining a deep understanding of the local competitive landscape and territory planning.
- C-Suite Advisory: Engage and align effectively in C-level meetings to translate complex business requirements into high-value outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Own the accuracy of CRM reporting, pipeline generation, and the achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals.
