Director of Sales And Business Development
Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
The Director of Sales and Business Development will lead and oversee all sales operations across three companies, driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships. This executive-level role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement in the field. The Director will manage three division Sales Managers, set sales strategy, develop key accounts, and actively participate in customer‑facing sales activities.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the welding supply, industrial distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
- 2+ years of sales leadership or team lead experience.
