Job Description

  • Sell the company's silane products in various industries such as rubber processing, composite materials, adhesives, coatings, artificial stone, and chemical products trade.
  • Assist in contacting target customers and developing key relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to aid the company's expansion into the Americas market.
  • Travel extensively to visit clients and develop the market, spending at least 50% of working time on business trips.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, preferably with a background in silane products or related industries.
  • Familiarity with potential competitors in the silane market such as Evonik, Wacker, Momentive, Dow, and Shin-Etsu.
  • Local candidates in the United States are preferred for easier client development.
  • Candidates with experience from trading companies or other application industries may be considered, but effectiveness may vary.
