Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma/GED and five (5) years of professional human resource experience; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level HR Generalist 2 (HRP011) or position equivalent. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field, associate's degree in paralegal studies or related field, experience with Work Day, HR Generalist 2 with HR investigations or Employee Relations Experience, paralegal certification, knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity laws, and demonstrated strong writing skills.
