Executive Search Consultants

to help build and scale the Austin office. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys ownership, candidate interaction, and working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end executive search assignments (Senior Manager through C-suite) Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through research, outreach, and networking Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and manage interview processes Collaborate with a growing team in Austin and globally

Ideal Background Experience in

recruitment (Must have Perm/Direct Hire placement background) Comfort working on

retained or exclusive searches

(or strong interest in transitioning into retained) Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build and grow a business Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building xsgimln skills
