Key Responsibilities: Manage transactions and ensure quality standards Handle inbound/outbound calls & emails professionally Track, document, and resolve customer issues Escalate critical issues when needed Ensure compliance with processes and service agreements Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish & English) – fluent 1+ year of call center/customer service experience Strong communication & leadership skills Ability to work onsite & flexible shifts

Responsibilities Include: Handle queries across Maintenance, Resident Services, Renewals, etc. Deliver xsgimln excellent customer experience Resolve issues efficiently and professionally Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish & English) – fluent 6+ months of customer service experience (call center preferred) Comfortable handling multiple call queues Flexible to work shifts (9 AM – 8 PM) & weekends Must be available to work onsite
