1. Bilingual CSR Team Lead Role Overview: Lead and support a team of bilingual agents while ensuring top-notch customer service delivery. You’ll handle escalations, guide team performance, and maintain quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage transactions and ensure quality standards Handle inbound/outbound calls & emails professionally Track, document, and resolve customer issues Escalate critical issues when needed Ensure compliance with processes and service agreements Requirements: ✔ Bilingual (Spanish & English) – fluent ✔ 1+ year of call center/customer service experience ✔ Strong communication & leadership skills ✔ Ability to work onsite & flexible shifts 2. Bilingual Customer Support Representative Role Overview: Support residents, applicants, and prospects through inbound/outbound calls across multiple service areas. Responsibilities Include: Handle queries across Maintenance, Resident Services, Renewals, etc. Deliver excellent customer experience Resolve issues efficiently and professionally Requirements: ✔ Bilingual (Spanish & English) – fluent ✔ 6+ months of customer service experience (call center preferred) ✔ Comfortable handling multiple call queues ✔ Flexible to work shifts (9 AM – 8 PM) & weekends ✔ Must be available to work onsite
