What You’ll Do As our Catering Operations Director, you’ll be the visionary behind every coffee chat, student celebration, and VIP reception—both on and off campus. You'll: Oversee all catering operations from concept to cleanup Collaborate with our Executive Chef on crave-worthy menus Build and elevate the catering marketing strategy Lead, inspire, and grow a talented catering team Ensure smooth logistics, quality execution, and client happiness Strategize with Chartwells and Fisher leadership to grow business Act as a campus ambassador—fostering relationships and creating unforgettable experiences This is a hands-on, high-impact role where hospitality meets creativity.
What You Bring 5+ years of progressive catering leadership Experience with menu design, costing, pricing & event logistics Ability to lead teams with confidence and great communication Strong operational instincts & cost management skills Flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays ServSafe® Certification a plus A passion for hospitality and creating “wow” moments
