About the Role We are seeking an experienced Global Compensation Partner to join our Global Total Rewards team. In this role, you will contribute to shaping and delivering Enterprise-wide compensation programs and processes that support business strategy, reward contribution, and enhance talent attraction and retention. The ideal candidate brings experience in compensation program design, including incentive plans and annual compensation planning, as well as data analytics with ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.

This position will be based at one of our Newark, Delaware facilities, with hybrid work options available depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking and compensation analyses to ensure pay equity and external competitiveness aligned with the compensation philosophy

Partner with the Global Compensation Leader to leverage data‑driven insights in developing recommendations for salary increase investments, merit matrices, and modeled compensation increases

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the compensation module and related fields in SAP SuccessFactors

Create tools, resources, and communication materials that reinforce understanding of the compensation philosophy, programs, and processes

Contribute to the planning and delivery of the annual compensation cycle, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement across HR and Leaders

Ensure compliance with internal policies and practices and applicable regulatory requirements across all regions

Provide compensation consultation to HR and the businesses, including guidance on offer development and effective use of compensation tools

Participate in cross‑functional initiatives that advance Total Rewards strategies and align with Enterprise priorities

Administer short‑ and long‑term incentive programs, ensuring accurate calculations, compliance with plan programs, effective communication to participants, and continuous process improvement

Foster collaboration within the global compensation team by sharing expertise, aligning on priorities, enabling cross‑training, and ensuring continuous global coverage

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation, with a strong understanding of compensation structures, market pricing, variable pay plans, and compensation systems

Advanced analytical and problem‑solving experience with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations

Demonstrated business and financial acumen with the ability to link compensation strategy to organizational goals

Familiarity with job architecture frameworks, pay equity analysis, global compensation practices, and variable pay plans

Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities in a matrixed or global environment

Excellent attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset

High proficiency in Excel

Ability to travel up to 5%

Desired Qualifications

World at Work CCP or GRP certification, or equivalent professional designation

Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation, including system implementation or optimization

Experience with data visualization tools and creating dashboards (e.g., Power BI)

Ability to present data insights to a variety of audiences

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.
