About the Role We're looking for a
friendly, professional, and service-minded Vehicle Sales Consultant
who takes pride in helping customers find the right vehicle—not just pushing for a sale. If you’re energized by building relationships and guiding people through big decisions, this is the career for you.
Job Title:
Commercial Account Manager
Essential Conditions:
Engage with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle needs.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
Test drive vehicles to demonstrate features.
Provide quotes and explain financing/leasing options for both new and used vehicles.
Follow up with prospective customers and respond to emails/voicemails.
Set appointments for online customers.
Follow up with existing customers to generate leads.
Understand buyer requirements and interests; match these interests to various car models.
Explain warranties and services.
Close sales by addressing objections, discussing sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
Provide sales management information by completing reports.
Assist with the setup of the showroom and displays.
Stay updated on industry trends by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
Contribute to the dealership’s reputation by fulfilling customer requests.
Willing to travel daily up to 200 miles and overnight stays
Skills Required:
Experience working with customers.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, email, and internet use.
Verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Bilingual skills are advantageous!
Educational Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, and sitting for long periods of time
Licensing or other special certifications:
Valid Driver's License
Be Insurable through Jenkins & Wynne, Inc. underwriter
Qualify for the State of Tennessee Sales License
Reports to:
Department Manager
Probation period:
90 days
