We are seeking a Landscape Sales & Estimator whose primary responsibility is to drive revenue and build our project pipeline. This role is all about:
Building relationships with our clients Closing profitable work Keeping crews busy Owning your pipeline What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Development
Sell landscape construction and enhancement projects Conduct site visits, consultations, and walkthroughs Generate new business through networking, outreach, and referrals Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline Upsell enhancements during client interactions Estimating & Project Scoping
Measure job sites and assess conditions Prepare accurate estimates and scopes of work Work within margin targets to ensure profitability Coordinate with the Design Team for layouts and concepts Present proposals and close deals Project Coordination
Participate in pre‑construction meetings Communicate job details to production teams Ensure sold work aligns with executed work Handle change orders and client communication What We’re Looking For
Experience in landscape, construction, or service‑based sales Strong closing ability and follow‑up discipline Ability to understand or learn estimating quickly Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Valid driver’s license Alignment with company values Benefits & Compensation
