As we continue to grow, we are expanding our design team to better serve our clients and support our construction division.
Position Overview We are seeking a Landscape Designer who is passionate about creating functional, visually appealing outdoor spaces. This role is focused on design, planning, and client collaboration, working closely with our sales and production teams to bring projects to life.
We are an ideal role for someone who:
Loves design and creativity
Enjoys working directly with clients
Wants to see their designs built in real life
What Youll Do Design & Planning
Meet with clients to understand vision, budget, and goals
Create landscape designs, layouts, and concept plans (V1 designs)
Develop planting plans, material selections, and layout details
Incorporate functionality, drainage, irrigation, and usability into designs
Revise designs based on client feedback
Project Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales & Estimating team to align design with budget
Collaborate with production teams to ensure buildability
Participate in pre-construction meetings as needed
Support change orders related to design adjustments
Client Experience
Present designs in a clear, professional, and engaging way
Help clients visualize the final product
Maintain strong communication throughout the design phase
What Were Looking For
Experience in landscape design, horticulture, or related field preferred
Knowledge of plants, materials, and irrigation systems
Experience with design software (or willingness to learn)
Strong creativity and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to balance multiple projects at once
