
Inside Sales Manager

The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) is responsible for increasing product sales and placement at all on‑ and off‑premise store locations within an assigned territory. The primary role of the ISM is to provide exceptional service to all customers while increasing visibility and brand penetration through the use of sales tactics, market insights, and field sales execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.
Solid mathematical skills.
Strong organizational abilities and the capability to develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts.
Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
Proficient with computers and familiar with a variety of software applications.
A proactive, hands‑on approach to personal development.
Prior sales experience; inside sales experience is an advantage.
Strong track record of sales success.
Knowledge of the beverage market.
Thorough understanding of the direct store delivery (DSD) business model.
Additional language skills are considered an asset.
Travel: 0‑10 %.
Position type: Permanent.
Benefits eligible.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $41,600 – $62,400 + cash incentives. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. Benefits include:
