Inside Sales Manager – Denver, Colorado, United States
The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) is responsible for increasing product sales and placement at all on‑ and off‑premise store locations within an assigned territory. The primary role of the ISM is to provide exceptional service to all customers while increasing visibility and brand penetration through the use of sales tactics, market insights, and field sales execution.
Responsibilities
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong active listening abilities.
Demonstrates solid mathematical skills.
Shows strong organizational abilities and can develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts.
Exhibits exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
Is proficient with computers and familiar with a variety of software applications.
Takes a proactive, hands‑on approach to personal development.
Has prior sales experience; inside sales experience is an advantage.
Maintains a strong track record of sales success.
Possesses knowledge of the beverage market.
Has a thorough understanding of the direct store delivery (DSD) business model.
Additional language skills are considered an asset.
Travel 0‑10%.
Permanent position.

Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $41,600 – $62,400 plus cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. Our current Benefits include: Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, 401(k) Match, Family Leave, PTO & Paid Holiday Schedule, Pet, Legal, and Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement (Benefits listed may vary depending on the nature of your employment and/or work location).
