Pest USA is a family owned and operated growing Pest and Termite Control Company. Established in 1971, we have proudly upheld the true values of customer service and have grown into new territories and markets. We are currently seeking a Service Manager to oversee operations.

Service Manager responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

Generate Sales Leads

Management of small team of techs

Assist with daily pest services

Manage daily operations while following Pest USA guidelines and procedures

Distribute detailed reports and state required forms when necessary

Maintain fleet vehicles, cash, and service agreements

Train and develop employees in the local market for sales, service, as well as administrative employees

Minimum Qualifications:

Possess current driver's license

Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed

Must maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing exams

Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Frequent bending, squatting and crawling.

Job Summary:

The Sales & Service Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring high-quality pest control services are delivered to customers. This role oversees sales initiatives, manages service technicians, maintains customer satisfaction, and ensures operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can balance business development with day-to-day service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Generate new residential and commercial pest control accounts through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase retention and upsell additional services.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques and customer service.

Identify new business opportunities within the local market.

Service Operations

Supervise and support pest control technicians to ensure quality service delivery.

Schedule and coordinate service routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ensure all services are performed according to company standards and industry regulations.

Handle customer concerns, service issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor service quality and conduct periodic ride-alongs or inspections.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and develop service team members.

Provide performance coaching and accountability for both sales and service staff.

Foster a positive team environment focused on growth, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with all state regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards related to pest control.

Promote safe work practices and proper use of pest control products and equipment.

Performance & Reporting

Track key performance indicators including sales, service completion rates, customer retention, and team productivity.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience in pest control, home services, or a related field preferred.

Proven sales experience with the ability to close new business.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Knowledge of pest control products, services, and regulations is a plus.

Valid driver's license and ability to obtain/maintain required pest control licenses.
