**About the Sales Manager:**
MarketStar is seeking a Sales Manager in our Ogden, UT office. The Sales Manager will report to the Program Manager over the assigned customer base. As an integral part of our team, the Sales Manager is a key position as the subject matter expert and leader within each customer portfolio.
**Location:** US-Remote
Leverage independence in your workday to prioritize tasks, projects, and initiatives
Work with stakeholders across customers and internal teams to assign product allocation, prioritize shipments, and create solution for all involved parties
experience in Constantly strives to improve, proactively seeking coaching and guidance from peers and managers The desire and ability to learn on the fly, think creatively, and maintain urgency Ability to read and apply reporting to daily decisions (forecasting, opportunities, sales revenue, etc.) Professional written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with a variety of personalities and customers
Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment Constantly strives to improve, proactively seeking and providing coaching and guidance from peers and managers Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality *Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00**The salary range for this position is between $65,000.00 and $70,000.00 annually. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $5,000.00 annually.
