Tailor proposals and event packages to meet client goals and budgets.
Build repeat and referral business by delivering standout guest experiences.
Event Planning & Execution
Own the end-to-end planning of all private and public events.
Lead internal communication through Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and planning tools.

Collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and participation.
Vet acts and activations to create engaging, on‑brand guest experiences.
Festival Management
Lead planning and execution of major festivals and large-scale experiences.
Handle budgets, vendor partnerships, permitting, staffing, and day‑of logistics.
Ensure safety compliance and a positive relationship with city and neighborhood stakeholders.
Restaurant Collaboration
Work closely with FOH/BOH leadership to align food, beverage, and staffing with event plans.
Promote in‑restaurant activations that enhance guest experience and drive revenue.

Provide content ideas and insights that reflect current trends and location-specific opportunities.
Post‑Event Performance
Collect feedback from clients and guests to refine future offerings.
Analyze key metrics like guest satisfaction, sales, and budget performance.
Apply insights to continuously improve the event program.
